The Building Blocks of PBW Transformation:
4 distinct phases that build out to last the entire year and ideally for the rest of your life as I tweak the program to meet your personal evolution.
Weekly meal plans provided, recipes and grocery lists. I make it easy and stress free. This is not a diet. It’s a lifestyle. You will learn how to make intelligent food choices that fuel you and build the body you want and need for the rest of your life.
I will know when you logged in, if you did the workout and if you did it to completion. Have a question? I am available to you through the PBW app and will reply within 24 hours. We will have 1-1 coaching calls to keep you focused and feeling supported. Group calls with other PBW clients monthly with special perks and lunch and learns with experts from the PBW panel for inspiration and additional nuggets of wisdom.

Or maybe you love Pilates, but are frustrated why you haven’t physically seen the results you were hoping for. PilatesBodyWorkout is designed to focus on what matters: your form, feeling the feels, working in a way that maximizes results AND actually have a program with specific progression. None of this random workout here and there. PilatesBodyWorkout isn’t lying on your back for 30 minutes and breathing (though that an be useful). It is a vigorous, often intense and focused workout from standing to floor, to a wall, to a chair, using a towel or pair of socks. You’ve never done anything like this before. Promise.
